Hey there! Welcome to Accessibility Minute, your weekly look
at Assistive Technology. Those clever tools and devices
designed to help people who have difficulties with vision,
mobility, hearing or other special needs.
Project RAY is a company on a mission to make smart devices
more accessible to all, especially the blind or visually impaired.
Their most recent product, RayGo, is a revolutionary device
that provides complete eye-free AND hand-free control over one's
smartphone. The device can attach to a guide cane or even a
dog's leash, so one hand is always free. This could also
attach to one's steering wheel, making driving safer for all.
To learn more on RayGo or the company behind it, check out my
blog post on ProjectRAY or go to ProjectRay.com
