There are many wearables or electronic glasses available to help individuals with visual impairments be able to see more clearly. eSight Go glasses are “lightweight, sleek, and comfortable” electronic glasses that you can wear for indoor or outdoor activities.
eSight Go glasses feature a small, high-speed high-definition camera that captures everything you’re looking at.
According to eSight’s website, their "advanced, clinically validated algorithms optimize and enhance the footage. It is then presented on two OLED monitors, one in front of each eye, in real-time. Your brain synthesizes the images, and you see with clarity what is in front of you…"
Other features include:
Wireless and hands-free device with built-in controls
Incorporates natural peripheral vision for 100% mobility
retention
The glasses will be available starting fall of 2023.
