Hi folks. Welcome to “Accessibility Minute”, your weekly look at Assisitive Technology—those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs.
As students with disabilities leave the special education system, some might find themselves a little lost and unaware of resources to help them transition into college or work life. GotTransition.org realized that this journey is a bit like a road trip and has created an online Transition Travel Guide called Journey To Adult Hood that helps everyone involved think about what lies ahead.
